1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any services provided by Fable Software LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), including our family of brands (SolarKnock, AgentEPC, Gadz.ai, USA Prime Cuts, LMSText, ReadyStack, Exceed, EPC Work, The Dezz), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Description of Services

Fable Software provides software applications, platforms, and related services across multiple industries. Our services may include web applications, mobile applications, API integrations, and communication services including SMS/text messaging.

3. User Accounts

Some of our services require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. SolarKnock SMS/Text Messaging Terms

Program name: SolarKnock SMS Program (operated by Fable Software LLC).

Program description: SolarKnock sends recurring SMS to door-to-door solar sales reps at customer organizations who have opted in. Messages include daily check-in prompts, activity reply confirmations, motivational messages, appointment location pin-drops with detail links, and one-time admin-initiated account-invite messages.

By opting in to receive text messages from SolarKnock, you agree to the following:

• You consent to receive automated text messages at the phone number you provide
• Consent is not a condition of purchase or use of our services. The SMS consent checkbox at signup is optional and unchecked by default.
• Message frequency varies. Daily check-ins typically arrive once per work day. Motivational and appointment messages are occasional.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Opt out: Reply STOP to any SolarKnock message at any time. You will receive a confirmation of your opt-out.
• Help: Reply HELP to any SolarKnock message, or email support@solarknock.com.
• Supported carriers: AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and other major US carriers
• Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy: See our Privacy Policy for full details on how SMS opt-in data and phone numbers are handled. In summary: no mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse our services. This includes but is not limited to: attempting to access unauthorized areas, interfering with service operation, or using the service for illegal purposes.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property associated with our services remain the property of Fable Software LLC.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fable Software LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
